The Aurora Experience is a route to growth, discovery and selection. An orientation tool consisting of three tests designed to stimulate skills and exploit potential.
The aim is to enable young people to identify both their strengths and areas for improvement.
A true quest in search of yourself.
The Aurora Experience revolves around 4 “C’s”, which include our three challenges: Cognition, Conquest, Cooperation; and a set of new Competencies to enrich your CV. The Experience also allows you to access the Aurora Fellowship, a three-year path full of opportunities to grow, expand your network and reach new horizons.
You tell your story with a motivational letter or video presentation, talking about your aspirations and why you consider yourself suitable to join the Aurora Fellowship. The presentation is published on the Aurora blog, where it must be endorsed by at least ten people.
You meet seven unknown professionals and you have to convince at least two to support your candidacy.
A group test, where you demonstrate your ability to work in a team using virtual environments; you face a challenge with new teammates and you are evaluated on your contribution to team success.
At the end of each test you receive Open Badges that add verified skills of self analysis, effective communication and teamwork to your CV.
In order to join the Experience, you normally have to go on a waiting list and be contacted by the Aurora team. However, with the Habacus Fast Track you have direct access to the Experience. There’s just one small catch: you have until 60 days after your 21st birthday to complete the Experience.
The Aurora Experience has an average duration of 2-3 months and all tests are fully remote; all you need is a connection. A team of experts assesses the candidates’ profiles and selects those most deserving of the Fellowship (up to 100 Fellows per year).
The cost of the Aurora Experience is €70 and, should you not be selected for the Fellowship, you can take the three Experience tests again for free, while also benefiting from lots of useful tips on how to improve your performance.

The Aurora Fellowship is a three-year programme full of opportunities to grow, expand your network and reach new horizons. It includes a €10,000 grant towards benefitting from interesting experiences and dedicated coaches and mentors, plus an Entrepreneurship Programme designed to put you in touch with managers from different companies.
